Role Overview

The Skill Development Coach serves as a Disability Support Worker within Carpentaria's Pathways Program, delivering individualized, participant-focused assistance that supports their NDIS goals toward improved quality of life. This role involves creatively facilitating and managing comprehensive skill-building programs tailored to the needs of participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration within a dynamic team environment to promote participant involvement in diverse skill development activities.
  • Supervision and assistance in meal preparation, medication administration, and personal care.
