Site Engineer

Role Overview

The Site Engineer position is a full-time role located on-site in Jeddah. This role involves managing daily construction operations to ensure tasks are executed in line with design plans, safety guidelines, and scheduled deadlines. The Site Engineer collaborates closely with civil and structural engineers, contractors, and other relevant parties to address technical challenges and maintain project momentum.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee quality control processes, supervising materials, workmanship, and adherence to standards.
• Track progress and provide regular updates on project advancement.
• Support project managers by managing site-related documentation and reports.
• Maintain effective communication with on-site personnel and management to ensure smooth work flow and timely completion.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong practical skills in on-site supervision and construction management.
• Excellent communication abilities for coordination among engineering teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Competency in quality assurance, including monitoring material and work quality compliance.
• Basic knowledge of structural engineering and capacity to work with civil engineering teams.
• Preferably holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience in similar site engineer or construction roles is advantageous.
• Awareness of construction safety standards, project documentation procedures, and fundamental project management tools.
• Capability to operate independently, make site decisions, and respond flexibly to project demands.
