Job Overview
The Site Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing property maintenance activities, ensuring all tasks adhere to established checklists and standards. This role involves close coordination with vendors, managing repair works, and preparing necessary quotations. The candidate must have access to a two-wheeler for site visits and errands.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise property maintenance activities according to the defined checklist.
- Report and update any maintenance issues or problems encountered at the site.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with various vendors for timely service delivery.
- Prepare quotations related to maintenance or repair work as required.
- Monitor and oversee repair work progress ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Must possess a two-wheeler vehicle to facilitate site mobility.
Compensation
The monthly payment for this role ranges from 2,000 INR to 15,000 INR.
