About the Role
Join Flexcube, a Swiss premium modular metal furniture brand, as a dedicated Shopify Developer focused on enhancing our Shopify Plus store at flexcube.ch. This remote role offers both full-time and part-time options, with immediate start availability. We seek a candidate who treats the store as their own product, continuously striving to improve its performance and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Shopify Plus themes, create new features, and build custom apps when existing solutions fall short.
- Conduct thorough testing of your implementations across browsers, devices, markets, languages, and assess overall functionality and data precision.
- Propose and execute innovative ideas aimed at boosting conversion rates, managing the full cycle from hypothesis formulation to testing and analysis.
- Set up and maintain accurate conversion tracking across platforms including GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side mechanisms, and Klaviyo events.
- Ensure dependable operation of email marketing flows and sales funnels within Klaviyo.
- Analyze customer behavior to enhance user experience continually.
- Take initiative to develop features and improvements that advance the brand’s goals.
Candidate Profile
- Several years of hands-on experience with Shopify including Liquid templating, JavaScript coding, and Shopify APIs, with a preference for developers who have created custom Shopify apps.
- Proven track record in conversion rate optimization with demonstrable impact on business metrics.
- Experience setting up and managing tracking implementations, understanding the criticality of clean and reliable data.
- Highly self-motivated and autonomous work style, reliably meeting deadlines without supervision.
- Commitment to applying best practices, even when they demand extensive research and effort.
- Bonus: familiarity with AI tools and automation processes is advantageous.
