Key duties

• Run Komori, Heidelberg-XL, and Mitsubishi machines with precision and in line with professional printing standards.
• Handle UV printing and flood coating work with strong technical accuracy.
• Track ink density, registration, and paper feed quality throughout the print run to keep output consistent from start to finish.
• Make timely machine adjustments to avoid colour variation, misalignment, and other print quality issues.
• Carry out planned maintenance tasks such as roller cleaning, blanket changes, lubrication, and inspection of machine parts.
• Record maintenance work and report any unusual machine condition to the technical team for further action.
• Maintain the correct ink-water balance during production to avoid defects such as scumming, toning, or emulsification.
• Adjust dampening systems and ink flow as needed to keep print quality sharp and colour reproduction stable.

Qualification

A Diploma in Printing Technology is required for this position.
