Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Service Management Specialist with expertise in ServiceNow, based in Kolkata. This opportunity targets candidates with 3 to 12 years of experience who can effectively develop and maintain scoped applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scoped applications within ServiceNow.
- Leverage expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), IT Operations Management (ITOM), and integration tasks.
- Write advanced server-side scripts including Business Rules and Script Includes, along with client-side scripts such as Client Scripts and UI Policies.
- Manage workflows and flow designer components to streamline processes.
- Create and customize Service Portal sites, pages, and widgets employing AngularJS, HTML, and CSS technologies.
- Handle platform upgrades ensuring seamless transitions.
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications utilizing REST APIs.
- Implement orchestration processes within the platform.
- Create and maintain Automated Testing Framework (ATF) scripts for testing purposes.
Eligibility
This role is suitable for professionals with at least 4 years’ development experience on the ServiceNow platform and a strong foundation in ITSM and related areas as specified.
