Role overview
Medister Infection Control System is hiring a Service Engineer in Nagpur, India to handle after-sales service work, keep equipment running reliably, and support warranty-related processes.
Key responsibilities
- Provide post-sale support to customers and help resolve service issues.
- Keep equipment operating smoothly and maintain its reliability.
- Work with the sales team to understand and address customer requirements.
- Ensure that warranty rules and procedures are followed correctly.
- Diagnose problems in products and carry out repairs as needed.
Compensation and benefits
The role offers an annual pay range of INR 3,00,000 to INR 3,60,000. Additional benefits include a food allowance, annual bonus, and provident fund.
Eligibility
Applicants should hold a B.Tech / B.E. degree in one of the following branches: Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Production and Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Electrical.
