Job Overview
We are seeking driven and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executives to manage and convert leads generated from Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, focused on Hair Transplant consultations. The role involves engaging potential patients, explaining procedures, and ensuring appointment bookings and surgery consultations through persistent follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls and follow-ups with leads sourced from Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
- Assess patient needs and clearly present Hair Transplant procedures, benefits, pricing, and promotional offers.
- Arrange consultations at the clinic and motivate patients towards surgery bookings.
- Maintain ongoing communication with interested clients until conversion.
- Accurately update and manage lead information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with clinic staff for appointment scheduling and patient care management.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales conversion goals.
- Establish patient trust by delivering professional and factual details.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum education qualification is 12th pass; graduates preferred.
- Experience of 0 to 3 years in telecalling, telesales, customer care, or healthcare sales sectors.
- Fresh candidates with outstanding communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Hindi; knowledge of English is advantageous.
- Basic computer skills including CRM software usage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Positive mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
Preferred Experience
- Background in Hair Transplant or cosmetic clinics.
- Experience in healthcare sales, telecalling, inside sales, insurance or banking sales, edtech sales, or real estate telecalling is beneficial.

Work Details
- Location: Near Dwarka Mor Metro Station, Opposite Metro Pillar No. 773, New Delhi.
- Shift: Day shift, working six days per week.
