Job Overview

The Senior Support Executive in Logistics at Pedigri Technologies is responsible for managing critical parts effectively to ensure smooth operations. This role focuses on overseeing the lifecycle of essential components from pre-task inspection (PTI) through outbound processing, coordinating vendor audits, tracking key performance indicators, supervising logistics personnel, and managing service orders with precision. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and a thorough grasp of supply chain and logistics management principles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inventory levels and storage of critical parts ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.
  • Supervise the handling, storage, and distribution processes for critical components.
  • Ensure inbound replenishments are logged into the depot management system (DMS) and vendor systems within two hours of receipt during working hours.
  • Verify outbound orders promptly, processing them within 15 minutes of receipt during business hours.
  • Coordinate service order processing efficiently, communicating with other departments for seamless execution.
  • Resolve any issues related to service orders including delays, discrepancies, and customer complaints promptly.
