As part of a broader software ecosystem focused on service-based businesses, the company is committed to delivering reliable, scalable products that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.Job SummaryThe Senior SDET / QA Automation Engineer will play a key role in improving product quality across web, mobile, and API ecosystems by expanding automation coverage, strengthening release confidence, and enhancing the reliability of CI/CD quality practices. This role requires a strong automation background with JavaScript and/or TypeScript, hands-on experience with modern testing frameworks for web and mobile applications, and a proven ability to troubleshoot failures, reduce flaky tests, and improve test stability. The ideal candidate is comfortable ramping up quickly within an existing automation framework, collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and QA teams, and driving measurable quality improvements across multiple product areas.ResponsibilitiesDesign, maintain, and improve automated testing frameworks for web, mobile, and API applicationsDevelop and expand automated test coverage across browser, mobile, and backend systemsImprove testing reliability within CI/CD pipelines to increase release confidence and product stabilityInvestigate test failures, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve automation issues efficientlyReduce flaky tests and continuously improve the stability and reliability of automated test suitesDefine test strategies, test plans, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholdersWork closely with Product Managers, Software Engineers, and QA teams to ensure quality is embedded throughout the development lifecycleReview automation code, promote testing best practices, and help improve overall software testabilitySupport quality initiatives across multiple product teams and contribute to automation standards and engineering excellenceHelp drive continuous improvement in testing processes, tooling, and quality practices across the organizationQualifications and Job Requirements5+ years of experience as an SDET, QA Automation Engineer, or Quality EngineerStrong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScriptHands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Appium, WebdriverIO, or similar toolsProven experience building automated test coverage for web, mobile, and API applicationsExperience testing native mobile applications on both iOS and AndroidExperience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelinesStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis skillsDemonstrated experience reducing flaky tests and improving automation reliabilityAdvanced English communication skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience defining test strategies and test plansExperience working closely with Product Managers, Developers, and QA teams in cross-functional environmentsExperience with BrowserStack or LambdaTestExperience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCIExperience testing React applicationsExperience with API and integration testingFamiliarity with Mocha, Allure, or ReportPortalExperience with CypressExposure to cloud and infrastructure tools such as AWS, Docker, GCP, or HerokuExperience with accessibility testing and/or contract testingBackground in SaaS, payments, billing, invoicing, or similar product environmentsExperience mentoring or coaching engineers on quality and automation best practicesWhat We Offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
