Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-profile, high-pressure product launches through clear and assertive communication across all involved parties.
• Plan and implement superior online site and email merchandising strategies.
• Design and deploy digital campaigns focused on enhancing customer experience.
• Coordinate effectively with Category Managers and Brands, ensuring seamless communication and teamwork.
• Demonstrate a strong disposition toward proactive action and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Utilize data analytics and metrics to substantiate feature and segment recommendations.
• Deliver key tasks independently while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Adapt and perform efficiently within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
• Meet technical expectations including proficiency in HTML, XML, Excel, and quickly mastering internal tools.
• Show genuine interest or knowledge in marketing as a professional discipline.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree or its equivalent is mandatory.
• Preferred: Experience in analyzing campaign performance and understanding KPIs.
