About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager to join Loan Bazaar Financial Services Private Limited in Mumbai. This role involves managing comprehensive home loan and mortgage sales, covering the entire process from lead acquisition to loan disbursement.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), and mortgage-related sales.
- Oversee the complete home loan lifecycle including lead generation, documentation, processing, sanctioning, and loan disbursement.
- Liaise effectively with customers, banking institutions, and internal teams to facilitate seamless loan progress.
- Ensure proper management and handling of all required documentation and processes to enable timely loan sanctioning and disbursement.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to maintain efficient loan processing operations.
Shift & Working Hours
The working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Employees receive Sundays off and have a half day on the second Saturday of each month.
Compensation
The monthly take-home salary ranges between ₹45,000 and ₹55,000.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Prior relevant experience in Home Loans, Loan Against Property, and Mortgage Sales is required.
- Candidates familiar with the entire loan cycle process will be favored.
- Excellent communication and strong customer service skills are essential.
