Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Process Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience specializing in wire transfers and SWIFT payments for our Bangalore office. This role requires working night shifts aligned with U.S. banking hours and the ability to manage payment operations ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process both incoming and outgoing wire transfers, using knowledge of SWIFT, IBAN, BIC, CLABE, and related payment standards.
- Verify and validate transaction details while ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant.
- Maintain thorough and precise records of wire transactions, adhering to audit and regulatory requirements.
- Communicate effectively via email and other channels to ensure timely and clear correspondence.
- Work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a night shift environment aligned with U.S. payment schedules.
- Deliver strong customer service while managing payment operations.
Requirements
- Graduation degree required, excluding technical disciplines such as BCA or B.Sc. in Computer Science.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in payment or banking operations, particularly with U.S. banking processes.
- Familiarity with the U.S. banking lifecycle and payment operations.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to analyze and interpret transaction related documents accurately.
- Strong verbal and written communication aptitude.
