Senior Manager – Technical Project Manager (OSS/BSS)

Role Overview

This position serves as the principal contact for clients in Australia, focusing on building trustworthy relationships and ensuring successful project execution throughout their lifecycle. The role involves close collaboration with customer and internal teams to manage project progress, address technical and business requirements, and drive customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships while acting as the main liaison locally.
• Oversee project governance, track milestones, identify risks, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
• Engage with customer teams to gather, analyze, and document their business requirements related to REXI and MEXI platforms.
• Prioritize product functionalities with Product Management and validate deliverables against customer expectations.
• Serve as the technical point person bridging customers and global engineering teams including support for mobile and fixed telecommunications, OSS/BSS systems, network operations, and service provisioning.
• Facilitate workshops, issue escalation, testing, validation, and deployment processes in coordination with teams in Spain and other international locations.
• Maintain continuous and clear communication across product, services, commercial, and delivery teams by producing meeting minutes, action plans, and progress reports.
• Support service development by collaborating on new offerings, improving delivery methods, and assisting in creating operational documentation.
• Drive business expansion within existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities, building relationships with new potential customers and partners, supporting commercial negotiations, and participating in industry engagement activities.
