Senior Manager - Employee Wellbeing and Organisational Culture

Overview

The Senior Manager will spearhead the conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of employee wellbeing, engagement, and organisational culture initiatives at A*STAR. This position collaborates extensively across the agency’s various departments, Research Entities, staff members, and the wider public sector to promote psychological safety, foster social connectedness, enhance organisational wellbeing, and uphold public service excellence. The role integrates programme innovation, communication strategies, organisational insight gathering, stakeholder partnership, and programme assessment to effectively translate the A*STAR Wellbeing Framework into actionable measures.

Primary Duties

• Design and execute wellbeing programmes that closely align with A*STAR’s Wellbeing Framework.
• Establish and nurture partnerships with internal departments, external public agencies, and relevant professional bodies.
• Craft clear, engaging communications and develop comprehensive programme materials along with outreach initiatives.
• Manage administrative tasks related to the Infuse facility.

Candidate Profile

• Experience in the domains of employee wellbeing, engagement, organisational development, psychology, HR, communications, or programme management.
• Demonstrated proficiency in analysing, organising, and evaluating programmes, alongside a solid understanding of workplace wellbeing, positive psychology principles, and psychosocial risk mitigation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support clear messaging and stakeholder engagement.
