Overview
As the Senior Manager of Customer Education & Enablement at Allego, you will design and expand educational programs, systems, and resources that empower customers to maximize the value of Allego's platform independently and confidently broaden their usage. This key role involves hands-on creation of customer education from the ground up by producing content, launching scalable learning initiatives, guiding customer experiences, and advancing a self-service ecosystem. Collaborating across Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Enablement teams, you will define how customers learn, adopt, and gain value from Allego’s solutions. This position offers a unique chance to shape education for a company focused on enablement technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Allego’s customer enablement strategy with scalable programs to facilitate customer learning, engagement, and success on the platform.
- Modernize Allego’s product documentation to deliver a user-friendly self-service knowledge base focused on workflows, practical use cases, best practices, and contextual learning that enables problem-solving without assistance.
- Create engaging educational content such as videos, guides, playbooks, webinars, and learning paths that highlight best practices, broaden awareness of Allego’s features, and help customers achieve significant business goals.
- Design, build, and continuously enhance Allego University and certification programs tailored for power users, administrators, and customer champions.
- Develop ready-to-use resources, toolkits, frameworks, and starter kits that accelerate customer understanding, adoption, and expansion of the Allego platform.
- Organize scalable customer engagement activities including workshops, webinars, office hours, and product demonstrations to boost customer involvement, confidence, and product knowledge.
- Manage and evolve technology systems supporting customer education and self-service experiences, such as knowledge management platforms, digital adoption tools, and learning management systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in creating and scaling customer education, enablement, or training initiatives within SaaS companies, preferably serving enablement, sales, marketing, or learning and development professionals.
- Strong familiarity with Allego, revenue enablement platforms, sales enablement technologies, learning platforms, or related software categories.
- A solid track record developing and executing customer education strategies rooted in adult learning, training, or instructional design principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for educating customers both live and through compelling written, video, and interactive content.
- Experience managing or administering enablement technologies such as learning management systems, knowledge bases, or digital adoption tools.
- Robust program management capabilities, able to independently launch and grow new initiatives from start to finish.
- A portfolio showcasing customer-focused educational materials, documentation, videos, or programs demonstrating communication and instructional design expertise is highly preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary range between $130,000 and $160,000 per year.
- Target annual bonus of 10%.
