Role Overview

The position of Senior HR Business Partner involves serving as a strategic consultant to business leaders and partner firms. The role centers on aligning human capital strategies with business objectives and aiding leadership in cultivating dynamic, effective teams. Collaboration with Human Capital Centers of Excellence will be crucial to develop scalable people programs and ensure their widespread implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business leaders to convert firm strategies into clear human resource priorities including workforce planning, organizational design, and leadership development.
  • Conduct quarterly reviews of people metrics such as recruitment, turnover, employee engagement, and organizational health; spearhead initiatives based on findings.
  • Advise leaders on performance management, employee relations, and decisions mindful of risk management.
  • Lead succession planning and talent evaluation; support career development and the rollout of Individual Development Plans.
  • Assist with change management and stabilize operations during growth phases and organizational transformations.
  • Maintain compliance and consistency in HR practices, cooperating with HR Operations and Compliance to address and rectify gaps.

Candidate Qualifications

  • At least 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, with a minimum of 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
  • Proven ability to work alongside senior leadership in fast-growing, geographically distributed companies.
  • Expertise in organizational design, performance coaching, employee relations, talent planning, and change management.
  • Competence in leveraging data analytics to identify issues, prioritize activities, and measure outcomes.
  • Strong influencing skills with an ability to quickly build trust among diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a practical and results-oriented mindset.
