Role Overview

The Senior Human Resources Business Partner role is a full-time, remote position responsible for delivering both strategic and operational human resources support to company leaders and teams. This role involves collaborating across functions to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on HR processes, policies, and human capital management initiatives using Workday.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A solid background in Human Resources and HR policies, demonstrated by experience developing and implementing scalable HR frameworks.
• Knowledgeable in labor and employment laws, capable of interpreting legal regulations to maintain compliant HR practices.
• Previous experience serving as an HR Business Partner or in senior HR roles supporting diverse stakeholders in dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Strong communication, advisory, and influencing abilities with a talent for establishing trust at all organizational levels.
• Capability to operate effectively in a remote work environment, independently prioritizing tasks and collaborating across different time zones.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related disciplines; possession of advanced HR certifications like SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR is advantageous.
