About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Executive to join our manufacturing client at their NHPC location. The position requires a professional with four to eight years of relevant experience, specializing in payroll, recruitment, and comprehensive HR generalist functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full payroll operations to ensure accurate and timely salary distribution.
- Conduct induction programs and facilitate the issuance of offer letters to newly hired employees.
- Lead recruitment processes to attract and onboard qualified candidates effectively.
- Oversee various HR generalist activities, contributing to smooth HR operations and employee engagement.

- Location of employment is NHPC (Delhi-NCR region).
- Compensation ranges between 30,000 to 37,000 INR per month.
