About the Role
Career Guideline is seeking proactive graduates to fill the position of Senior HR Executive based in Mulund, Mumbai. This role is ideal for freshers eager to embark on a career in HR and recruitment, providing hands-on experience and the possibility of career advancement.
Primary Responsibilities
- Identify and screen potential candidates effectively.
- Offer career advice and guidance to job seekers.
- Coordinate and manage interview schedules.
- Utilize job portals for recruitment purposes efficiently.
Candidate Profile
Applicants should be any graduates preferably with good communication skills. Experience in consultancy recruitment is an added advantage but freshers are welcome.
Compensation and Benefits
- A monthly in-hand salary between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000, reflecting candidates' consultancy experience where applicable.
- Additional monthly and quarterly incentives available.
