About the Role
Compunnel invites passionate and inventive Senior Graphic Designers to join its Marketing department in Noida. This full-time role demands 5 to 8 years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing, enhanced by proficiency with AI-powered creative solutions. The successful candidate will produce captivating visual content for web, social media, and branding initiatives, utilizing advanced AI design tools to boost both creativity and output efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft superior visual creatives tailored for social media, digital advertising campaigns, website presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Develop engaging video content, motion graphics, GIFs, and brief multimedia pieces for diverse digital channels.
- Maintain brand visual consistency across all creations.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to convert concepts into persuasive visual media.
- Utilize AI-powered design and video tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, and Figma AI to optimize design workflow and output.
- Create reusable design templates and marketing assets.
- Keep abreast of the latest developments in design, AI tools, and creative technology.
- Provide support for UI designs on landing pages and microsites as needed.
- Handle multiple projects simultaneously ensuring timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A professional background of 5 to 8 years in graphic design and video editing fields.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with Figma design software.
- Familiarity with AI design and video creation applications like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and Runway.
- Strong foundation in typography, color theory, layout, and branding principles.
- Competency in producing motion graphics and video content.
- Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design fundamentals.
- Previous experience in digital marketing agencies or corporate marketing teams.
- Exposure to social media content creation and performance marketing design.
