Senior Executive - Operations in International Sales

Primary Duties

• Manage the complete execution process of overseas customer orders.
• Accurately enter and track sales orders using ERP and CRM software.
• Continuously monitor order progress and communicate updates to both customers and internal teams.
• Liaise with production, sourcing, and inventory departments to ensure timely delivery commitments.
• Act as the main operational contact for international clients and sales staff.
• Provide routine status reports on orders, shipments, and dispatch timelines.
• Address customer issues by collaborating with relevant internal units.
• Coordinate international shipping logistics with freight forwarders and partners.
• Prepare and verify export documentation including invoices, packing lists, origin certificates, and shipping papers.
• Support international sales with quotations, pricing, product details, and presentation materials.
• Maintain and update customer databases alongside sales analytics reports.
• Track sales metrics and generate periodic management information system (MIS) reports.
• Work closely with teams in Production, Planning, Procurement, Design, Finance, and Logistics to ensure cohesive operations.
• Facilitate effective communication between overseas markets and internal stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and escalate risks concerning delivery and operations.
• Develop reports for order tracking and operational performance dashboards.
• Seek and implement enhancements to improve process efficiency and enhance the customer experience.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping for audits and operational reviews.
