Role Overview
The Senior Executive of Learning & Development will oversee property-level administration and operational management of L&D activities. This role supports the coordination and delivery of training programs across departments, liaises with colleagues for functional learning system requests including Oracle Tahweel and Axonify, manages scheduling and training records, and facilitates learning audits, needs analyses, and reporting. The position promotes a proactive, collaborative culture, represents L&D in internal meetings, and fulfills specific departmental training requirements.
Candidate Profile
- Holds a diploma in Hotel Management, Human Resources Management, or an internationally recognized equivalent.
- Preferably possesses a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related discipline.
- A valid Group Trainer or Team Trainer certification is advantageous.
- Brings 3 to 5 years of training experience, ideally within the hospitality sector.
