About the Role
This Senior Executive Coach position involves offering specialized coaching and advisory services to top-tier business leaders, such as CEOs, executives, and vice presidents. The main focus is on advancing executive coaching, enhancing leadership capabilities, and providing practical guidance within complex corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one executive coaching sessions tailored to senior leaders including CEOs and VPs.
- Provide advisory services addressing leadership effectiveness, communication, decision-making, and related business challenges.
- Establish and nurture trusted professional relationships with senior-level stakeholders.
- Conduct assessments to identify leadership needs and adapt coaching strategies accordingly.
- Ensure coaching success with consistent follow-up, comprehensive documentation, and attentive client management.
- Exemplify discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism within confidential leadership contexts.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience in executive coaching, leadership consulting, senior management, or related disciplines.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior leadership such as CEOs and vice presidents effectively.
- Exceptional skills in communication, decision-making, networking, and stakeholder relations.
- Capacity to operate with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Eligibility and capability to work remotely within Canada.
