Role Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant role entails extensive, high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders. Responsibilities include managing complex and dynamic calendars, handling travel logistics, coordinating executive meetings and events, preparing business documentation, and liaising across diverse senior teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive executive secretarial and administrative assistance to assigned senior leaders.
  • Organize intricate travel plans, including flights, accommodations, visas and related documentation, transportation arrangements.
  • Arrange and manage both local and international meetings, including virtual teleconferences.
  • Manage expense submissions through systems such as Concur, tracking claims meticulously.
  • Support procurement and administrative workflows via platforms like Ariba and other internal applications.
  • Compile, organize, and prepare presentation decks and meeting materials efficiently.
  • Maintain meticulous calendar oversight, prioritizing appointments in alignment with leaders’ objectives.
