Role Overview

This senior leadership position involves overseeing recruitment delivery for the US public sector from India, focused on state, local, and federal government hiring. The role includes modernizing recruiting processes using AI, automation, and refined pipeline strategies while working US evening/night shifts aligned to US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end contingent and contract-to-hire recruiting for US state, county, city, and federal government IT engagements.
• Oversee requisition intake, sourcing, candidate submission, interview scheduling, offers, and onboarding through MSP/VMS systems like Beeline, SAP Fieldglass, and others.
• Own critical SLAs such as time-to-submit, interview-to-fill, fill rate targets (95%+ on priorities), and 90-day attrition metrics.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with US clients and implement operational improvements for the India delivery team.
• Select, implement, and operate AI-first ATS platforms and sourcing automation tools, including development of custom AI agents to reduce recruiter admin time significantly.
• Establish quality assurance for every candidate submission ensuring technical fit, communication, compliance, and documentation standards before client delivery.
• Provide interview preparation support including behavioral coaching and technical mock interviews to ensure candidate readiness.
• Build and maintain talent benches for repeat skill sets such as Mainframe, Salesforce, ServiceNow, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, AI/ML, and QA automation.
• Ensure compliance management covering E-Verify, I-9, state clearances, background checks, and visa-related regulations.
• Collaborate closely with Dash leadership to translate growth strategies into staffing operations and contribute to business proposals and client discussions.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing recruitment team maintaining high standards of productivity and ethics.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 7-8 years of experience in US IT staffing delivery including recruiting, account management, or leadership roles, with ideally 3-5 years focused on US public sector or federal hiring.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred; strong technical literacy essential.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms and understanding of MSP/VMS systems such as Beeline, Fieldglass, VectorVMS.
• Proficiency in using AI applications daily for recruiting workflow including resume parsing, candidate screening, and communication automation.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for direct engagement with US executives and clients.
• Proactive, self-driven, able to convert directives into actionable plans without hesitation.

Preferred Additional Experience

• 3-5+ years specifically in US public sector hiring.
• Hands-on experience with multiple ATS and MSP/VMS platforms and driving process improvements.
• Experience building or implementing automation or AI workflows in recruiting environments.
• Proven track record of mentoring recruiters for advancement to senior positions.
• Strong interest in emerging AI and talent technology trends and continuous improvement mindset.
