Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Customer Care Coordinator based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, to manage customer inquiries and ensure quick, effective solutions. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent service, assist with product information, and maintain positive customer relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer queries across calls, emails, chats, and messages promptly.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.
- Handle complaints with professionalism and ensure effective resolution.
- Keep meticulous records of customer interactions and issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to solve customer problems.
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction.
- Deliver a consistently positive and professional customer experience.
- Escalate complicated problems to appropriate teams or management when necessary.
- Maintain strong communication and relationship-building skills.
