About the Role
Kingston Stanley is seeking a seasoned Senior Credit Controller to join a leading manufacturing company based in Sharjah, UAE. This role focuses on spearheading credit control strategies, enhancing cash flow, and collaborating closely with commercial teams to promote sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the evaluation of credit risk and establish appropriate credit limits for customers.
- Drive debt collections to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and reduce overdue receivables.
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance departments to maintain a balance between growth ambitions and risk management.
- Provide insightful reports on receivables and credit performance to support decision-making.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies while reinforcing internal controls.
- Handle management of complex customer accounts, address disputes efficiently, and oversee legal recovery processes when necessary.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess 5 to 7 years of professional experience in Credit Control or Receivables Management.
- Demonstrate strong analytic skills and commercial awareness.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Exhibit excellent negotiation capabilities and adeptness in managing stakeholder relationships.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; additional professional qualifications are advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly remuneration ranges from AED 15,000 to AED 18,000, complemented by additional benefits.
