Role Overview
Blue Dart is hiring for a Senior Counter Staff position in Verna, India. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on daily counter operations, stock control, customer-facing upkeep standards, and revenue-related performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Balance cash collections every day and ensure there are no pending dues for walk-in transactions.
- Complete weighing scale calibration before 10:00 AM and maintain the calibration records accurately.
- Keep sufficient stock of flyers, smart boxes, and easy express boxes by raising requirements through the store process; the SOP for this process is expected to be automated.
- Follow 5S and retail brand standards consistently and take prompt action to fix any issues related to shop upkeep.
- Maintain clean uniforms and appropriate personal grooming at all times.
- Work toward improving NPS performance.
- Support growth in revenue, shipments, international business, TDD, CCE, and SMART box performance for the year.
Eligibility
- Candidates should not be under an active PIP or facing disciplinary action.
- A graduation degree in any stream is required.
