Job Purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining compliance processes that align with Saudi laws, regulations, and internal company standards. The position focuses on keeping daily compliance operations on track, supporting leadership with accurate reporting, and making sure employee training obligations are completed and properly documented.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, and roll out compliance policies, procedures, and working practices aligned with Saudi legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal rules.
- Track compliance activity across the business to ensure the organization follows all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Compile regular compliance updates for senior management and keep training records complete, accurate, and current.
- Design and run compliance awareness initiatives and employee training sessions, including the preparation of supporting materials on laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Ensure mandatory employee training is completed within the required deadlines and participation records are maintained.
- Build and maintain the compliance register and monitoring plan.
- Develop the annual compliance plan and support its execution.

- Compliance issues are identified and resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Reports and training records remain accurate, complete, and ready for audit.
- Mandatory employee training completion rates are achieved.
- The expected number of awareness sessions is delivered each year.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a closely related discipline.
- Between 4 and 6 years of experience in governance, compliance, or risk management.
- Prior exposure to holding companies or semi-government organizations is preferred.
- Good understanding of the Saudi regulatory landscape and governance frameworks.
- Professional certification in Governance, Compliance, or Risk is an advantage.
