About the role
This opportunity is with a fast-growing fintech company seeking a seasoned compensation and benefits leader to shape and enhance its overall rewards approach. The position calls for someone who can combine strategic judgment with practical delivery to build compensation and benefits programs that remain market-competitive, compliant, and aligned with business expansion.
What you'll do
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure rewards plans support wider company objectives.
- Build, refine, and oversee compensation frameworks, incentive arrangements, and annual salary review processes.
- Manage employee benefits offerings so they stay attractive while remaining cost-effective.
- Carry out market analysis and benchmarking to assess pay positioning, trends, and fairness.
- Assist HR and finance teams with budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning activities.
- Review rewards-related data to inform decisions and identify improvement opportunities.
- Maintain adherence to employment legislation and internal governance requirements.
- Drive important rewards projects and broader HR transformation initiatives.
Experience and background
- You should bring at least 8 years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards roles.
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures and benefits program design is required.
- Prior involvement in compensation review cycles and incentive plan management is important.
- You need strong analytical capability and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
- High accuracy, discretion, and a strong compliance mindset are essential.
- Background in fintech or financial services would be an advantage.
