Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Manage collections within shopping malls, retail centers, mixed-use developments, or large commercial real estate portfolios effectively.
• Operate hands-on with Yardi software for tenant billing, accounts receivable, collections tracking, aging reports, and financial documentation.
• Oversee tenant receivables, rental and service charge collections, lease agreement compliance, and recovery of overdue payments in the retail and mall environment.
• Utilize Yardi's analytical and reporting tools to track collection status, spot delinquent accounts, and implement appropriate recovery measures.
• Collaborate with Leasing, Property Management, Finance, and Asset Management teams to enhance revenue and cash flow management.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 10 years of expertise in collections and credit control, with a strong focus on shopping mall and retail real estate asset management.
• Mandatory advanced knowledge and proficiency in Yardi software.
• Prior experience working with prominent mall operators, retail asset owners, or commercial real estate developers in the GCC region is highly desirable.
