Senior Civil Engineer

Overview

Eight Sqft Realtech is seeking an experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer to oversee their high-rise building projects located at Talegaon Dabhade, Pune. This role requires a qualified engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a minimum of five years in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive site execution activities for high-rise construction projects.
• Oversee RCC works, structural activities, and finishing stages at the site.
• Maintain stringent quality control, ensuring compliance with design drawings and technical specifications.
• Manage contractors, workforce, and day-to-day site operations effectively.
• Track progress, organize project planning, and monitor timelines to meet delivery goals.
• Validate RA bills, measurements, and prepare daily progress reports accurately.
• Enforce rigorous safety standards across the construction site.
• Collaborate closely with architects, consultants, and internal departments to coordinate project efforts.

Required Skills and Expertise

• Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects.
• Sound understanding of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) techniques and site management principles.
• Strong leadership abilities and adept problem-solving skills.

Compensation

The monthly salary range for this position is between 50000 and 100000 INR.
