Role overview
Native is hiring a highly driven, goal-focused Founding Business Development Representative to help launch and shape the outbound sales motion. This role sits within the Sales team and is centered on creating top-of-funnel pipeline while helping define the core BDR process from the ground up.
What you will do
- Create prospect target lists and design outreach approaches tailored to each account.
- Book qualified meetings and build sales pipeline for the broader sales organization.
- Track industry movements, company updates, organizational shifts, and strategic initiatives so outreach stays timely and relevant.
- Reach out to prospects through email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and other creative outreach methods.
- Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and RevOps to run outbound campaigns.
- Help develop outbound playbooks and repeatable sales processes.
- Keep CRM records current and accurate for activity and pipeline tracking.
- Experiment with messaging, sequencing, and prospecting methods, then refine them based on results.
Location preference
The preferred candidate will be based on the East Coast of the United States.
Experience and qualifications
Applicants should have 2 to 3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or comparable outbound prospecting role, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology. Prior experience at an early-stage Cyber/Security company is considered a plus. The role calls for a consistent history of meeting or beating pipeline and meeting-generation goals, along with strong research and account-mapping abilities. Candidates must be able to quickly grasp business problems and turn them into value-led messaging. A strong sense of ownership, discipline, and accountability is essential.
