About the Role
Infosys Compaz (iCompaz) is seeking a driven and technically adept Senior AI Evangelist with 5 to 6 years of relevant experience. The candidate will play a crucial role in promoting the understanding and implementation of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies within the organization and its clients. This position integrates hands-on AI development, thought leadership, and stakeholder collaboration, specifically targeting AI transformation endeavors in line with Singapore's AI advancement landscape and IMDA's strategic AI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted AI advisor and champion, collaborating with business leaders, customers, architects, and innovation teams to uncover impactful AI opportunities.
- Design and prototype AI-powered solutions such as copilots, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) frameworks, intelligent agents, and proofs of concept to demonstrate cutting-edge AI applications.
- Lead interactive engagements including workshops, hackathons, demos, executive briefings, and training sessions to enhance AI literacy and foster adoption.
Required Skills and Expertise
- Deep practical knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering techniques, and model performance assessment.
- Experience with agent orchestration architectures, autonomous AI frameworks, and building conversational AI copilots.
- Familiarity with knowledge engineering, RAG design, AI governance policies, and responsible AI principles.
- Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts clearly to diverse audiences including technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Understanding of Singapore’s AI ecosystem and IMDA-led AI adoption programs is advantageous.
Success Metrics
- Extent of enterprise-wide AI adoption and active customer participation.
- Effectiveness of AI workshops and training offerings.
- Number and impact of proofs of concept and deployment initiatives enabled.
- Influence on executive decision-makers and contribution to AI thought leadership.
