Role Overview
The Senior Admission Counsellor will serve as a key advisor for students and parents pursuing overseas education. Responsibilities include providing personalized, face-to-face counselling sessions to understand student goals, advising on suitable universities and courses across destinations such as the USA, UK, Germany, Canada, and Australia, and managing the entire process from initial enquiry through admission.
Work Schedule and Location
- Location: Hyderabad, India
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- Timing: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary Range: INR 600,000 to INR 1,000,000
- Performance incentives with a monthly target incentive between INR 25,000 and INR 40,000, with opportunities to earn up to twice that based on results

Key Responsibilities
- Perform face-to-face counselling sessions guiding students and guardians on education abroad options
- Inform candidates about country selections, university choices, courses, and admission criteria
- Assist applicants with application forms, document preparation, interviews, and visa procedures
- Build trust and rapport to maximize conversion rates from enquiries to confirmed admissions
- Consistently achieve monthly targets for counselling sessions and enrollments
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 1-2 years of practical experience in admissions counselling or education sales, including a minimum of one year at the current organization
- Preferably knowledgeable about study abroad processes; however, comprehensive training will be provided
- Excellent communication and persuasion abilities to effectively engage both students and parents
- Proven success in attaining counselling and enrollment targets
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate preferred
