Role Summary

This position is for a hands-on Senior Accountant who can manage finance operations while also supporting HR administration, logistics, and vendor coordination. The role requires strong UAE accounting knowledge, especially in VAT and corporate tax compliance, along with the ability to handle multiple business functions in a fast-moving distribution environment.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage end-to-end accounting activities, including bank reconciliations and cash flow oversight.
  • Prepare and maintain VAT and corporate tax compliance, including UAE regulatory filings, with a clean compliance record expected.
  • Handle inventory reconciliation and coordinate import/export logistics processes.
  • Support freight forwarding and ensure shipping paperwork is accurate across the distribution network.
  • Assist with HR administration such as employment contracts, visa processing, PRO coordination, and monthly payroll.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, negotiate contract terms, and track renewals.
  • Contribute to MIS reporting, budgeting support, and audit preparedness.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate brings solid accounting experience in the UAE and is comfortable covering finance, HR operations, and logistics in one role. A strong focus on accuracy, KPI-based performance, and month-end efficiency is important, along with the desire to take ownership rather than simply complete assigned tasks.

Working Conditions

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, UAE. The working pattern is Monday to Friday with approximately 48 hours per week.
