Key responsibilities

• Oversee the handling of all permits required for work across ADIB locations, working closely with internal teams and relevant authorities such as Police and SIRA to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage the full lifecycle of police approvals for branches, including checking documents, submitting requests, and following up until approval is issued.
• Administer branch alarm user updates across the ADIB network by coordinating with business units and police authorities, updating records in the relevant systems or portals, and maintaining complete compliance.
• Serve as the central point of contact between ADIB and security-related government bodies, ensuring clear communication, timely resolution of requests, and alignment with compliance standards.
• Support day-to-day security operations across the network so business activity continues without disruption and remains fully compliant.
