Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional demeanor and handle incidents discreetly and confidently.
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure the best guest experience.
• Respond to first aid situations and apply effective first aid for guests and team members.
• Carry out security duties at designated locations across the property.
• Observe and monitor individuals and property to uphold safety and security standards.
• Escort or transport valuables such as cash, chips, and important documents as assigned.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and alarms under the direction of Security Operations Control and Management.
• Manage crowd control to ensure safety within the work area.
• Participate effectively in handling potential safety risks such as fire alarms, evacuations, bomb threats, and other emergencies.
• Manage situations involving intoxicated persons professionally.
• Handle lost property following established procedures.
• Engage in ongoing training, and maintain professional skills through development programs available internally and externally.
• Perform additional tasks within the Internal Responsibility framework, including activities requiring the CAT C Special Employee License, as directed by senior security leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum education of Secondary 2 or equivalent from ITE.
• Must have attained PLRD Senior/Security Officer Grade certification.
• Valid Special Employee License is required throughout employment.
• Previous experience in the security industry is advantageous.
• Willingness to work overtime and various shifts on short notice.
• Demonstrates initiative and works well in a team environment.
• Ability to manage stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Possesses good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
