About the Role

We are seeking a vibrant and professionally presented Hostess to join our luxury restaurant team during a special 45-day activation event from July 15 to August 30, 2026. This position is based at a resort in Saudi Arabia, with all flights, accommodation, and meals provided by the employer.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally to create an exceptional first impression.
• Manage reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently to ensure smooth seating flow.
• Escort guests to their tables, providing insights into the restaurant experience.
• Provide accurate information on menus, promotions, and ongoing events.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries and special seating requests.
• Maintain positive guest impressions from arrival through departure.
• Monitor the dining area to ensure seamless guest service and coordinate with restaurant staff to optimize table availability.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve any issues with professionalism.
• Present a polished appearance consistent with the restaurant's luxury brand identity.
• Support opening and closing duties, maintain cleanliness and organization of reception and waiting areas.
• Collaborate closely with managers and team members to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy periods.
• Follow company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational procedures rigorously.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Hostess or Captain Waitress in upscale hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Solid understanding of service protocols for VIP guests and restaurant service flow.
• Experience thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
