Scrum Master - Telecom Domain

About the Role

Renaissance InfoSystems is seeking a Scrum Master for a long-term contract opportunity within the telecom sector, based anywhere in Australia with fully remote working options. This role requires a dedicated Agile leader to coach and enable teams on agile methodologies, promote collaboration among diverse stakeholders, and drive successful delivery of high-quality projects over a 12+ month duration.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a role model promoting Agile values and principles across customer project teams, coaching teams effectively on Agile tools, methods, and practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster Agile ways of working to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage with a range of stakeholders, demonstrating strong communication and influential skills to align technical and business teams.
• Motivate, mentor, and empower teams to continuously improve and produce high-quality outputs.
• Support project delivery by removing obstacles and optimizing processes to increase delivery speed, quality, and overall efficiency.
• Utilize analytical thinking and data-driven insights to evaluate team performance and guide decision-making for better outcomes.

• Proven expertise in Agile coaching and team facilitation within complex project environments.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and communicate effectively across technical and business units.

• Experience in delivery management, process improvement, and impediment removal.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven evaluation and decision support.
