What you will do
- Take full responsibility for workstreams, managing each job from the point it is received until completion.
- Plan and assign work orders in line with service level agreements, while also improving travel efficiency and overall productivity.
- Handle customer support for internal and external stakeholders through telephone and webchat.
- Enter, update, and upload information accurately and on time in the works management systems, making sure any problems are documented and escalated appropriately.
- Make sure all client and operational expectations are met in a professional and efficient way.
- Consistently deliver a high standard of service to both internal and external customers to support strong customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports as needed and help ensure service levels and targets are achieved.
- Contribute positively to the team by suggesting solutions to problems and being open to change.
- Report safety concerns in accordance with company procedures.
