About the Role
Modern Ballistic is looking for a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Solution Architect to oversee the design, deployment, and refinement of enterprise-grade compensation programs. This role demands profound knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation modules along with extensive business insight into compensation strategies, with a history of managing global, large-scale compensation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive end-to-end implementation and design of SuccessFactors Compensation modules including salary planning, bonuses, and incentive programs.
- Convert complex business needs into efficient, scalable system configurations and solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration across Employee Central, Performance & Goals modules, and external platforms.
- Manage configuration efforts, conduct thorough testing, oversee deployment, and spearhead process improvements.
- Develop and uphold governance, security, compliance protocols, and maintain detailed documentation.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, providing expert advice on compensation technology.
- Provide mentorship to consultants and coordinate with implementation partners and vendors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR technology, with at least 5 years focused on SuccessFactors Compensation.
- Extensive experience leading major global compensation program implementations.
- Comprehensive expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Compensation and associated system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of various compensation models, incentive structures, and reward programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership capabilities.
Preferred Certifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Compensation Certification.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Project Management certification such as PMP is an advantage.
