Job description
Job Overview
This position requires expertise in the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) module, encompassing technical configuration alongside an understanding of business processes. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of related sub-modules and their integration with other SAP components.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Possess comprehensive expertise in SAP SD technical and configuration aspects.
- Demonstrate extensive familiarity with sales and distribution sub-modules, including their integration with SAP Materials Management (MM), Transportation Management (TM), Global Trade Services (GTS), and Financial Accounting (FI) modules.
- Maintain full lifecycle process understanding within SAP environments.
- Configure master data efficiently, focusing especially on Equipment Masters, InstallBase setups, and warranty handling.
- Manage and resolve issues related to Idoc errors and associated data files, with practical experience in addressing errors via Application Interface Framework (AIF).
- Exhibit solid knowledge in contract management and billing processes within the SD module.
