Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process within the SAP domain, serving both clients and candidates.
• Establish and nurture new and existing partnerships with clients.
• Build and maintain a comprehensive network of SAP specialists.
• Handle various vacancy types including permanent, contract, and executive roles.
• Execute candidate sourcing strategies such as headhunting, referrals, and market research.
• Develop a profitable and enduring recruitment desk.
• Represent the organization professionally within the SAP community.

You may facilitate recruitment in SAP subfields such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP FICO, SAP SuccessFactors, Supply Chain, EWM and TM, Ariba, Analytics and Data, Development and Integration, as well as Transformation and Programme Leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Prior recruitment experience specifically within the SAP market.
• Proven track record of revenue generation and successful placements.
• Deep knowledge of the SAP talent landscape.
• Strong skills in business development and relationship management.
• Confidence in engaging with senior candidates and key decision-makers.
• Consistent, organized, and commercially driven work ethic.
