About the Role
This opportunity is for a SAP PS DMS Consultant to work full-time onsite at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh with I-Novate Infotech Private Limited. The role entails working six days a week from the office within a permanent employment setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage WBS (Work Breakdown Structure), project costing, budget management, project settlement, reporting, and availability control within SAP PS.
- Handle document-related tasks in SAP DMS such as classification, version control, workflow management, lifecycle management, as well as archive and retrieval processes.
- Understand and support legal and contract management processes including contract lifecycle, EPC contract administration, legal documentation, and compliance controls.
- Integrate SAP PS and DMS functionalities effectively with financial, material, maintenance, and sales modules (FICO, MM, PM, SD).
Preferred Qualifications and Expertise
- Experience in industries such as Infrastructure, EPC, Construction, Highway, Mining, or project-based sectors.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA PS and DMS modules.
- Knowledge of OpenText, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), or other document workflow systems.
- Competence in handling extensive project portfolios.
- Understanding statutory and contractual compliance obligations thoroughly.
Educational Background
Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in fields like Engineering, Technology, Commerce, Law, or related disciplines. SAP PS certification is preferred, with SAP DMS certification or relevant hands-on experience considered advantageous.
