About the Role
Insights Secure is seeking a skilled Sales Team Leader to oversee and inspire a group of loan sales executives. This position focuses on meeting sales objectives and ensuring an efficient loan process that spans from generating leads to loan disbursal.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will guide the team to meet sales goals while maintaining smooth loan processing operations.
Requirements
Applicants must have proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication, and sales acumen. Experience in the BFSI or loan industries is essential, with a preference for candidates who have prior experience managing teams.
Compensation and Incentives
An attractive monthly salary package ranging from 20000 to 45000 INR will be provided, accompanied by performance-based bonuses.
