Step into the recruitment industry with Archer Recruitment in Dublin, specializing in IT sector placements. This role offers a unique chance to earn lucrative commissions in a dynamic sales position with no prior recruitment experience necessary as full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisory relationships with clients and candidates within the IT field to foster long-term collaboration.
- Identify, source, and successfully place highly skilled candidates in international, mission-driven organisations to create significant client impact.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from setting expectations to handling negotiations and closing agreements.

Candidate Profile
- Minimum of two years professional experience.

Compensation
Projected average earnings are €47,000 in the first year, €75,000 in the second year, and over €100,000 by year three.
