Job Overview

This role entails overseeing field sales activities and ensuring the effective distribution of Bisleri's bottled water products, including both 5-gallon containers and PET bottles. The supervisor is accountable for meeting sales goals, ensuring comprehensive market penetration, maintaining merchandising standards, and enhancing team performance aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support sales representatives and merchandisers serving direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, and retail channels.
  • Oversee daily operations, including deliveries and product placements at residential, HORECA (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes), and retail venues.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with clients such as households, commercial offices, construction sites, and retail outlets.
  • Monitor sales metrics, identify emerging sales opportunities, and provide competitor analysis to Sales Managers.
  • Maintain on-shelf product visibility, ensure adherence to planograms, and supervise promotional activities in retail environments.
  • Conduct training sessions for sales teams covering product knowledge, client interaction, and efficient route planning.
  • Collaborate with logistics and distribution teams to maintain stock availability and optimize delivery routes.
  • Guarantee all sales processes comply with relevant trade regulations, health protocols, and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least five years of professional experience in bottled water or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sales within the United Arab Emirates.
  • Proven leadership skills with successful management of sales teams across several locations.
  • Comprehensive understanding of consumer behavior and retail environment across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic and Hindi is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and merchandising tools is preferred.
