About the Role
Shanmukha Infra & Dry Mix Industries is looking for dynamic Sales Executives to actively promote their range of products including Tile Adhesives, Tile Grouts, Jointing Mortar, Ready Plaster, and various Construction Chemicals.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales operations in assigned regions by promoting key products.
- Engage in effective channel and field sales activities.
- Maintain strong communication and negotiation with customers and partners.
- Travel regularly to cover assigned territories for business development.
- Prepare necessary sales reports and manage basic data using MS Excel.
Requirements
- 1 to 4 years of experience in Field Sales, Channel Sales, or working with Building Materials.
- Prior experience with Tile Adhesives, Tile Grouts, Cement, Paints, Construction Chemicals, AAC Blocks, or similar products is advantageous.
- Good verbal communication and negotiation capabilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting techniques.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler driving license is preferred.
Additional Information
Having your own two-wheeler for travel is preferred to carry out field activities effectively.
Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is between 20,000 and 32,000 INR per month.
